This warranty covers:

• structural issues such as cracks caused by resin curing faults

• loose findings or hardware

• faults in settings, chains, or metal components

• unexpected yellowing caused by material failure (not environmental exposure)

This warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by dropping, impact, or mishandling

• exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged sunlight

• natural changes in organic materials (flowers, hair, ashes, breastmilk)

• wear and tear from daily use

• damage caused by attempting to alter or repair the piece at home

If you experience a problem covered by this warranty, I will repair or replace your keepsake at no cost. If the issue falls outside the warranty, I will still do my best to help and can offer repair options where possible.
