*How to Order Your Memorial Jewellery

  1. Creating your keepsake is a deeply personal journey. I’m here to guide you gently through each step, ensuring your loved one’s memory is honoured with care and artistry.
  2. Step 1: Choose Your Keepsake
  3. Browse the memorial jewellery collections and select the piece that speaks to you. Each design can incorporate ashes, preserved flowers, breastmilk, or other meaningful elements.
  4. Step 2: Get in Touch
  5. Once you’ve chosen your piece, please contact me via the website form, email, or social media. I’ll confirm availability, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps.
  6. Step 3: Sending Your Inclusions
  7. You can send ashes, flowers, or other inclusions by post. I’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure safe and respectful packaging—typically a small amount in a sealed paper envelope, placed inside another envelope.
  8. Or, if you’re local to Carmarthenshire, I offer a personal touch service:
  9. • Local collection of ashes or flowers from your home or funeral director
    • Delivery of your finished keepsake to your home
    • Studio visits by appointment, where we can gently discuss your piece in person

  10. This service is offered with quiet care and respect, allowing you to avoid the post and connect more personally if you wish.
  11. Step 4: Crafting Your Keepsake
  12. Once I receive your inclusions, I’ll begin crafting your piece. This process typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the design and materials. I’ll keep you updated throughout.
  13. Step 5: Delivery
  14. Your finished jewellery will be sent via tracked post or delivered in person if you’ve chosen the local service. Each piece arrives in a keepsake box, ready to hold memory and meaning.

Include a note with any additional details not provided during checkout. Make sure to include your name, contact information, and order number in the parcel.

**Important:** Mark all packages and inclusions with your order number.

#### Specific Inclusion Guidelines:

**Breastmilk:**
- Double bag in proper breastmilk bags; approx. 30ml (1oz) required.
- Defrost and transfer previously frozen milk to a fresh bag.
- Avoid writing on the bag to prevent discoloration.
- Seal bags well and use a padded envelope for mailing.
- First class or recorded mail is recommended.

**Hair:**
- Enclose in a paper envelope inside another envelope.
- For different individuals, use separate named envelopes.
- Specify order preference, if any.
- Length needed: 1 inch for beads, ½ inch for rings/pendants.

**Umbilical Cord:**
- Ensure it is thoroughly dry.
- Use a plastic zip lock or breastmilk bag in a padded envelope.
- We will return any unused portion along with the clip.

**Cremation Ashes:**
- Send one teaspoon full in a sealed plastic bag inside another sealed bag.
- Use a padded envelope and seal well.
- Use special delivery for posting.

**Flowers:**
- Fresh flowers should be sent in a strong plastic box with some kitchen roll or cotton wool. Do not add any wet packing with the flowers. 
- Use a padded envelope or box and send via first class post.
- Avoid posting at weekends.
- For dried flowers, please contact us first.
